Planning session (60 minutes, Sunday Evenings)
You update the calendar and decide what “done” means this week.
Includes: add all meetings and classes, list due dates for each class, pick the one task per class you will complete, pick 2 workouts, choose 2–3 default meals or orders for weight loss, pick one admin focus, schedule one date window if you want it.
Admin block (60–90 minutes, Saturday AM or Sunday AM)
You clear life paperwork and loose ends in one contained sprint.
Includes: bills and money check, messages and forms, school emails, refills, returns, scheduling, childcare logistics, car and home errands, anything that creates mental clutter. Not deep cleaning.
Home reset (60-90 minutes, once weekly 30-45 minutes daily)
You make the house functional for the week, not perfect.
Includes: trash out, dishes to zero, wipe counters, quick bathroom wipe, start one load of laundry, reset Stella stuff (backpack, shoes, lunch setup), choose clothes for 2 days. Stop when the timer ends.
Tonight. 8:23PM

Dating
What kind of dating life fits the season I’m in right now without stealing from sleep, Stella, work, or school?
What is my realistic dating capacity for the next 8 weeks: one date a week, one date every other week, or one “date window” (2–3 hours) plus light texting?
What boundaries make dating sustainable for me right now: no late nights on weekdays, no all day texting, no last minute plans, no dates on nights before big work or school days?
What does a “good date” look like for me right now: early, simple, local, low alcohol, and ends by ____?
What is one small action I can take this week that moves my love life forward without overwhelming me: update profile for 15 minutes, message two people, or schedule one coffee?
What would I have to sacrifice to date more than my capacity, and am I willing to pay that cost?
