Personal Three Month Goal List for Summer 2021

 I really, really need to accomplish certain goals that have been looming in the distance for way too long. They're like important passwords on post-its that have been shuffled away, papers stacked on top of them, accidentally crumpled up and thrown in the garbage in a hectic whim. 

Here it is. 

Goal #1- The big one, the goal to end all goals- quitting smoking. This has been looming over me ever since I started and only recently have I become acutely aware of how negatively it has impacted my life. 

    -Anxiety increases 

    -Motherhood is interfered with

    -RHR shoots way up (Cardiovascular health in general)

    -Generally prevents me from being an otherwise healthy person and feeling confident and             good about myself 

Goal #2- Lose 10 lbs.

Goal #3- Create better daily habits, setting a bedtime, setting a wake time, setting an exercise time. Ditch the anxiety and do some self-work starting at the BASICS.

Goal #4- Focus on the good, not the big, bad, and scary. Write about it, gratitude lists.
