New Weekday Schedule

DAILY WORK SCHEDULE 
  • Wake up at 6:00AM-7:00AM.
  • 7:15AM - Stretch/Workout for at least 30 minutes. 
    • Preferably outside. 
  • 8:00AM - Shower/get ready and dressed for the day.
    • Wear a REAL outfit, do your hair, do your makeup. Get dressed as though you were leaving the house.
    • Listen to a good podcast or playlist while doing this.
  • 9:00 AM - Log into work by 9:00AM with breakfast at desk.
    • First hour: dupe check.
    • Second hour: organize day and goals for the day and week.
  • 12:00 PM Hour lunch break. Make it a point to go outside on a lunch break, but whatever you do EAT LUNCH and disconnect from work.
    • Listen to a funny podcast- Walk away from the computer on your lunch break. This is an hour lunch.
    • Complete tasks like scheduling appointments or purchasing groceries.
  • 1:00 PM Make dials for at least one hour- no break. 
    • Treat yourself afterwards to going outside or socializing.
  • 3:00 PM - Check e-mails and respond to e-mails/Teams messages.
  • 4:00 PM - End of day dupe check. 
  • "Clock out" at 5:00PM.
