New Weekday Schedule
DAILY WORK SCHEDULE
- Wake up at 6:00AM-7:00AM.
- 7:15AM - Stretch/Workout for at least 30 minutes.
- Preferably outside.
- 8:00AM - Shower/get ready and dressed for the day.
- Wear a REAL outfit, do your hair, do your makeup. Get dressed as though you were leaving the house.
- Listen to a good podcast or playlist while doing this.
- 9:00 AM - Log into work by 9:00AM with breakfast at desk.
- First hour: dupe check.
- Second hour: organize day and goals for the day and week.
- 12:00 PM Hour lunch break. Make it a point to go outside on a lunch break, but whatever you do EAT LUNCH and disconnect from work.
- Listen to a funny podcast- Walk away from the computer on your lunch break. This is an hour lunch.
- Complete tasks like scheduling appointments or purchasing groceries.
- 1:00 PM Make dials for at least one hour- no break.
- Treat yourself afterwards to going outside or socializing.
- 3:00 PM - Check e-mails and respond to e-mails/Teams messages.
- 4:00 PM - End of day dupe check.
- "Clock out" at 5:00PM.
