A February 25th Morning Brain-Dump

 Things I want to happen within the next few months:

- Reduce credit card debt (pay off two smaller credit cards).

- Amass 3,000 in savings.

- Lose 15 pounds. (Exercise daily, MFP, drink lots of water, no booze).

- CBT daily - work on anxiety, especially with world events.

- Hit quota every month.

- Make sure I am more present as a mother: put phone away, do fun things on the weekends, plan a family dinner night each week.

- Begin preparing meals ahead of time, planning.

- Start working on house remodels.

- Get out of the house more!

- Pay less attention to world events.

- Pay less attention to health fears.


Things I am grateful for:

- Weekends.

- My job and the ability to support my family.

- Exercise, medication, water.

- Family's health.

- Comfy sweaters.

- Running pants.

- Smoothies with caffeine in them!

- Perfume.

- Downton Abbey - historical perspectives.
